We need to maintain the habit of cleanliness accordingly with the progress of civilization, and keep our body, mind and spirit clean every time to stay away from the problems that come with uncleanliness. The habit of cleanliness can be practiced better at home with the guidance of our parents and at school with the guidance of our teachers.

Cleanliness is very essential for our life as it benefits us in many ways. It not only keeps us healthy but also improves our confidence level in various fields. Just keeping our bodies and environments clean can make us free from many kinds of diseases. We should practice the act of cleanliness while making food, eating food, taking bath, cleaning dishes, cleaning home and other surrounding areas. Cleaning our bodies regularly make our complexion brighter which enhances our confidence level. We feel happy, fit and smart when we practice cleanliness, It gives us a peaceful and cheerful mind which brings us closer to the divinity. We should maintain cleanliness everywhere whether at home, office, school or other places and always take part in the activities related to the clean habit for better understanding.

Cleanliness is one of the most important cleaning habits for human being in order to live a healthy and happy life. It is the best quality of living everyone needs to have or develop with time. Following cleanliness helps us in keeping our body and mind very energetic, active, fresh and healthy. It keeps us away from the diseases as it is the part of healthy civilization. If we follow this habit all through our life regularly we will always be free from infectious diseases. Cleanliness makes us fit and smart with a cheerful mind. It gives us lots of confidence, progress and improvement in all the spheres of life. By following cleanliness we move gradually towards the divinity. That’s why, it is well said that “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”.

We should give ourselves daily care including with the cleanliness of surrounding areas, ensure we follow personal hygiene always, wash our hands with soap and water before every meal and after using the toilet.  Wastes should be thrown only into the dustbin. Taking care of the drainage system and sanitation of the home and surrounding should be our priority.

People become victim of various diseases in the hospitals because of practice of unsterilized techniques by the doctors and other paramedical staffs. Some doctors do not care about cleanliness in the hospitals because of their money earning habits and spread various fatal diseases among patients and their attendants. We need to raise our hands together for the maintenance of cleanliness in the environment and stop throwing garbage anywhere especially in the populated areas. We should keep our body, mind, homes, streets, schools, offices, etc very clean in order to keep us healthy and happy. Kids at home and students in the schools and colleges need to get educated about the importance of cleanliness at national and international level.

HOW TO ERADICATE MOLD SPORES



Mold spores spread easily and cannot be completely eradicated.
Mold can grow anywhere: on carpet, clothing, food, paper, and even in places you can't see, such as the backside of drywall, areas inside walls around leaking or condensing pipes, and above ceiling tiles.
Not only is a mold problem difficult and costly to fix, but mold can also produce allergens and irritants (and, rarely, toxins) that may compromise your health.

So what can you do if you're concerned about mold growing in your home?
The best approach is preventing mold before it becomes a problem.

The key to mold prevention is simple: moisture control.    
                 

1. Prevent moisture with proper ventilation. It may be that your routine domestic activities are encouraging the growth of mold in your home. Make sure an activity as simple as cooking, taking a shower, or doing a load of laundry doesn't invite mold by providing proper ventilation in your bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and any other highs moisture area.

2. Dry wet areas immediately, Mold can't grow without moisture, so tackle wet areas right away.  After a heavy rainfall, accumulation from a leaky pipe, even a spill on the carpet should be dried within 24 to 48 hours. If you've experienced a flood, remove waters damaged carpets, bedding, and furniture if they can't be completely.

3.Vinegar
Pour undiluted white vinegar into a spray bottle, spray the affected area, let  it sit for an hour, then wipe clean.

4.Bleach.
This is very effective when used on mould surfaces, Mix 1 cup of bleach with 1 gallon of water, then use either a spray bottle or a bucket and sponge to clean the affected area.

5.Baking soda is both mild and safe, and it also acts as a deodorizer. What’s more, unlike the other solutions, baking soda can be used on porous surfaces. Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to 8 ounces of water and mix thoroughly. Spray the affected area, scrub with a sponge or brush, then rinse. Follow this by spraying a second time, but don’t rinse afterward.

Cleanliness means keeping ourselves neat and clean by avoiding dirt. It is the best practice to keep everything clean. According to the type of things surrounding us, we can divide cleanliness into various types such as cleaning of clothes, cleaning of streets, cleaning of surroundings, cleaning of houses, personal cleanliness, etc. In order to maintain our personal cleanliness, we need to practice cleanliness very carefully and make it a most important habit. It is very necessary to maintain the cleanliness of surrounding together with our personal cleanliness to attain cleanliness balance. We should understand the importance of cleanliness and why it should be a lifestyle.

Also ensure we teach our kids and loved ones at home to practice simple personal cleanliness such as teeth cleaning, hand washing, bathing, and other cleaning habits. People who are used to of keeping themselves dirty, also keep their surrounding areas and environment dirty and filthy. That’s why they always suffer weakness, weak health, infections, various types of diseases, etc. Hence it is very important we keep ourselves, loved ones and environment clean in order to be healthy, happy and free of diseases.

Some people understand the importance of cleanliness very well and follow all the cleanliness habits; however some of us throw wastes and dirty things on road which gets spoiled and make them ill.
