The beauty of a house is not in its size, edifice, quality of the house or its interiors but how clean the house is.
No matter the quality of a house or its interiors, if not properly cleaned and maintained regularly will loose its quality.
A clean house attracts people to it because they feel more relaxed and comfortable in it.
